ORION Sells Brooks Rand Property

ORION Commercial Partners is pleased to announce the sale of a 1-acre site located on the Burke Gilman Trail in Fremont for $196/SF of building area, or $57/ SF land. Dan Foster & Matthew Hinrichs represented the seller, the Executor of an Estate. The property is zoned IG2 U/65 and can support approximately 150,000 SF of new construction. While the property was on the market for only a month, the transaction was in escrow for over eight months, while ORION assisted the two parties work out solutions for a host of complicated property condition issues impacting future operations on the site.
