Tom Grossi Joins ORION Commercial Partners as Partner, Director of Property Management

Tom Grossi is Partner, Director of Property Management with ORION Commercial Partners where he is responsible for all asset and property management assignments for ORION clients.  His experience with nationally ranked property management companies has allowed him to understand the importance of managing commercial property investments throughout the entire ownership life cycle (beginning with at due diligence stage and ending upon disposition) to ensure the success of each investment.

Tom has over 20 years of experience in property management with a focus on Office, Industrial and Retail properties.  Prior to joining ORION Commercial Partners, Tom owned his own firm – Navigator Real Estate Services – and held senior level property management positions at  Pinnacle Realty Management, Prologis and Opus Northwest. Tom received his BA in Business Administration/Hotel Restaurant Management from Washington State University, and the Real Property Administrator (RPA^®) Designation from the BOMI Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in the State of Washington.

He lives in Sammamish, Washington with his wife and two children and enjoys boating, golf, bike riding and spending time with his family.  He is President of Vintage Five Home Owners Association and is an active board member of the Italian Club of Seattle.
